Cheryl Orozco is an independently Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who holds a Master of Arts degree in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College. She has extensive training and experience working with anxiety, depression, OCD, hoarding, trauma related issues, and substance use. She has worked with adults, adolescents, and families in residential and intensive outpatient treatment programs through McLean Hospital. She also has experience working with people in the community and in outpatient settings.
Cheryl believes that every single person faces hardship in their lives. We all need help along our journey to find and build on our strengths. It takes courage to ask for help. Cheryl will work collaboratively with you to help you to travel down the path YOU want. She works from a person-centered, strength based approach.
Cheryl specializes in clients coping with anxiety, depression, OCD, hoarding, transitional issues, LGBT issues, trauma, and substance use.
